The service

We provide diagnostic test bookings with home sample collection and in-centre visits, and deliver doctor-signed reports digitally. Reports are for information and must be interpreted by a qualified doctor — they are not a diagnosis or a substitute for medical advice.

Bookings & slots

• Slots are confirmed on booking; our phlebotomist verifies identity with the OTP shown in your account.
• Some tests need fasting — preparation guidance is shown at booking and sent as a reminder.
• If we miss your slot, we reschedule at your convenience or refund in full.

Cancellations & refunds

• Cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your slot — full refund for online payments within 5–7 working days.
• If a sample cannot be processed for a reason attributable to us, we recollect at no cost or refund the test.

Payments

Pay online (UPI, cards, net-banking via our payment partner) or on collection. Prices shown include all charges; home collection is free above the threshold shown at checkout.
